Return Policy
At Exquisite Cards we aim to provide a first class customer service and want you to feel confident while shopping with us, hence our returns policy if you are not satisfied with one of our products is very simple.
We ask that you return the product to us in its original condition within 14 days of the product being dispatched by us, please contact us via the contact us link to obtain the return address, in these circumstances we will provide you with a full refund. Please e-mail us or contact us by telephone to advise why you are unhappy with your purchase so we can aim to prevent this problem happening in the future. When returning items if possible please return the delivery note and ensure that the product is packaged securely. If you have destroyed the original delivery note please ensure you enclose details of your name address and order number.
We do not accept any responsibility for items that are lost during transit when you are returning them; we therefore recommend that you despatch the item via recorded delivery and keep the tracking number. Once your item has been received we will notify you by e-mail of your refund (please ensure you include your e-mail address so we are able to do this), please enclose a copy of the receipt for the delivery and providing the the return is as a result of our error we will be happy to refund the cost shipping the item.
Please be aware we will only offer a refund on items damaged in transit that have been dispatched directly from exquisite cards. If an item has been sent on by you as a gift we will be unable to offer a refund.
